Refund policy
Since our products are handcrafted and available exclusively on pre-order, the following return and replacement conditions apply.
Damaged or Undelivered Products:
If the product arrives damaged or is not delivered due to causes attributable to the courier, we will immediately proceed with replacing the order, provided the product is available in stock. In the absence of availability, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Errors in Shipping Data Provided by the Customer:
Should the customer enter incorrect or incomplete information regarding the delivery address and, for this reason, the package is lost or cannot be delivered, no refund or return will be possible, as responsibility falls exclusively on the buyer.
Personalized Products:
For all personalized products or items made according to specific customer requests, no return or refund rights are available, as these are unique items made to order.

Enter Your Order Details: Insert your order ID and your email address to identify your purchase.
Complete the Return Form: Fill in all required fields, indicating the products you wish to return and the reasons for the return. This will help us improve our service and products.
Print the Return Label: Once you have completed the form, download and print the prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items: Make sure the products are in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Place them in a secure package.
Attach the Return Label: Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package clearly and visibly.
Ship the Package: Take the package to the courier indicated on the return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
Refund
As soon as we receive your return, we will examine it quickly. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
